Air fryer chocolate lava cakes

Treat yourself and your guests with these delicious Airfryer chocolate lava cakes! With just 10 minutes total preparation time, including 5 minutes cooking time in the Instant Vortex Plus, you can quickly enjoy smooth, warm chocolate treats. The creamy cake mixture mixed with melted milk chocolate provides a delicious explosion of flavor with every bite. Serve it with a dollop of whipped cream and a touch of cocoa powder for a perfect finishing touch!

> Ingredients:

  • 70 g flour
  • 110 g fine granulated sugar
  • 45 g cocoa powder, plus a pinch for garnish
  • 180 ml milk
  • 40 ml olive oil
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract
  • 60 g milk chocolate, chopped (plus extra for garnish)
  • Whipped cream to serve

Preparation method:

1. Mix all ingredients - except the milk chocolate - in a bowl until the mixture is thick and creamy. Add a splash more milk if the consistency is too thick and sticky.

2. Place 1 tbsp milk chocolate in each cup, then add the cake mixture, evenly dividing the 4 cups. Top each cup with the remaining milk chocolate.

ght:400" > 3. Select 'Air Fry', set the time to 5 minutes and the temperature to 166°C. Press 'Start'. When prompted to 'Add Food', place the 4 cups in the air fryer - ignore it when the display indicates to 'run'.

4. When the cooking program is complete, carefully remove the cups and allow them to cool slightly before covering with whipped cream, any remaining chocolate and a pinch of cocoa powder directly into each cup.

5. Enjoy deliciously smooth chocolate immediately!
