Shrimp toast

Crispy shrimp toast, a delicious Asian-inspired treat! Prepared in no time with the magic of the Instant Vortex Airfryer : tender shrimp, mixed with aromatic herbs, coated with roasted sesame seeds. Perfectly crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside! Dive into the sweet chili sauce for an explosion of flavors. Ideal as a starter or snack. Fast, tasty and certainly impressive!

Ingredients:

- 165 g peeled raw shrimps

- 1/4 teaspoon sesame oil

- ½ teaspoon grated ginger

- 1 spring onion

- Small handful of corianderan>

- 1 teaspoon cornmeal

- 1 egg white

- Salt and pepper

- 3-4 slices of white bread

- ½ jar of sesame seeds

- Your favorite dipping sauce, to serve

Instructions:

1. Mix the shrimp, sesame oil, grated ginger, le nte-onion, coriander, cornstarch and egg white in a food processor to a mousse-like, smooth paste. Then season with salt and pepper.

2. Cut the crusts from the bread and lightly brush the bottom of each slice with oil. Spread the minced shrimp over the top of each slice and spread the mixture into the corners

3. Place the sesame seeds in a bowl, dip the toast into the sesame seeds, shrimp side down, so that they are completely covered with sesame seeds, and cut d the bread slices into rectangles or triangles.

4. Air fry at 205°C for 5 minutes, sesame side up. Turn when prompted to brown the bottom as well.

5. Once cooked, remove the shrimp toast from the air fryer and serve with your favorite dipping sauce
