In An Instant Part 4 - Healthy BreakFast Cookie! (With Hazel Wallace)

First up — a breakfast cookie! Ready in just 10 minutes, you can quickly and easily make this in the morning for a tasty and nutritious way to start your day. See the recipe below.
 

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 banana, mashed
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 50 g oats
  • A handful of dark chocolate chips
  • Greek yogurt and maple syrup to serve
     

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Mash half a banana in a bowl, then add the peanut butter, vanilla extract, maple syrup, baking powder, and oats.
  2. Mix to combine and shape into a ball.
  3. Flatten into a cookie shape, press the chocolate chips into the top, and place it in a dish that fits your air fryer.
  4. Select Air Fry, set the temperature to 190°C and the time to 10 minutes, then close the air fryer lid.
  5. When prompted to “add food,” place the cookie mixture inside.
  6. Once cooked, serve with Greek yogurt and a drizzle of extra maple syrup.
