This crispy air fryer Soy Chicken is a deliciously crunchy dish that will make your mouth water. With a simple marinade of soy sauce, herbs and garlic, the chicken turns out juicy and flavorful on the inside, while turning crispy and golden brown on the outside in the air fryer.

1. Place the chicken fillets in a bowl and add the soy sauce, white pepper, sugar, five-spice powder and finely chopped garlic. Mix well so that the chicken is evenly coated. Then let it marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.

2. Preheat the Airfryer to 195°C.

3. Remove the marinated chicken from the refrigerator and place it in the Airfryer basket with the skin side up.

4. Bake the chicken in the Airfryer at 195°C for 15 minutes.

5. After 15 minutes, turn the chicken over and cook for another 10-15 minutes, or until the chicken is nicely golden brown and crispy on the outside and fully cooked in the inside. The exact cooking time may vary depending on the size and thickness of the chicken fillets, so check regularly to see if the chicken is done.

6. Remove the chicken from the Airfryer and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.

7. Serve the crispy soy chicken warm, possibly garnished with some fresh chopped spring onion or sesame seeds.
