Since 2020, we have been bringing Instant Pot to more and more households across Europe. We started as the official distributor for the Netherlands and Belgium and have since expanded into Luxembourg, France, Spain and Portugal. Germany and Austria will follow.
We do not just sell the products; we use them ourselves every day. At home, we use an Instant Pot, air fryer or oven almost every evening, and at the office we drink coffee made with an Instant appliance. This means we know the products not only from the specifications, but from everyday use.
As the official distributor, we supply genuine Instant Pot products, accessories and spare parts for the European market. From the Netherlands, we manage sales, support and service for all countries in which we operate.
We believe it is important that you not only choose the right product, but also continue to use it with confidence and enjoyment. That is why we are here to provide product knowledge, personal advice and service both before and after your purchase.

Excellent service starts with being easy to reach. You can contact us with questions about products, orders, delivery, product use, warranty and returns.
We aim to answer all questions as quickly and clearly as possible. We remain available to assist you after your purchase. Wherever possible, we communicate proactively and help you find a suitable solution.
Of course, something may occasionally go wrong. In that case, we take responsibility and do our best to resolve the issue quickly and carefully.
Product reviews
We invite customers to review products they have purchased. In doing so, they help other customers make an informed choice. Reviews from verified buyers are marked to show that the product was purchased through our webshop.
We publish both positive and negative product reviews. Before publication, reviews are checked for appropriate language and relevance. Reviews must relate to the product itself. Comments about delivery, customer service or other matters are not published as product reviews.
Reviews are checked as soon as possible and usually within one week of submission.
Professional services and solutions
Business customers can also contact us for professional solutions and personal advice. We are happy to advise on suitable products for professional use, larger quantities and customised quotations. Payment by invoice may be available in certain cases, subject to prior consultation and approval.

Intra-Community (ICP) supplies without VAT
Business customers based in an EU country other than the Netherlands can place an order without Dutch VAT, provided they have a valid European VAT identification number.
Enter your company name and VAT identification number when placing your order. We will verify the VAT identification number in the European VIES database. Following successful verification, the order may be processed as an intra-Community supply subject to 0% VAT.
The customer must subsequently declare the VAT in the country where the business is established, in accordance with Article 138 of Directive 2006/112/EC.
If the VAT identification number is invalid or the conditions for an intra-Community supply are not met, the applicable VAT will be charged.

Reliability and quality
We carefully select suppliers and logistics partners who meet our standards for quality, reliability and service.
Part of our product range is held in our own warehouse. For other products, we use stock held by selected partners. We regularly receive updated stock information and use this to display product availability on our websites as accurately as possible.
Although we do everything we can to prevent errors, stock or delivery information may occasionally not be fully up to date. If something does not go as expected, we will contact you and find a suitable solution as quickly as possible.
