The product inside is unused and fully functional, it just doesn't look perfect on the outside. Every unit has been thoroughly tested, cleaned, and comes with a full 2-year warranty. Scratches, scuffs, or dents on the stainless steel exterior are cosmetic only and do not affect performance or safety. Check the product photos for the specific condition of this unit.

What the Instant Pot Duo 8L actually does.

The Duo is a 7-in-1 electric multicooker that replaces seven separate appliances: pressure cooker, sauté pan, steamer, slow cooker, rice cooker, food warmer, and yogurt maker. The 8L capacity is the largest in the Duo range, suited for larger households, batch cooking, and meal prep. Cooking under pressure is up to 2–6 times faster than traditional methods, with up to 70% energy savings.

13 one-touch Smart Programs.

Soup/Broth, Meat/Stew, Beans/Chili, Poultry, Sauté, Rice, Multigrain, Steam, Slow Cook, Keep Warm, Yogurt, Manual, and Pressure Cook. The programs are pre-configured, so you select and start. An advanced microprocessor monitors pressure, temperature, and timing, and automatically adjusts heating intensity and duration based on the quantity of food.

Three-layer stainless steel inner pot.

The cooking pot is made from three-layer stainless steel with no non-stick coating. It sits inside the outer housing and is fully removable for serving and cleaning.

Sealed cooking chamber.

The lid locks into place during pressure cooking, creating a sealed, heat-resistant, and odour-free chamber. Steam and aromas stay contained during the cooking process.

10 built-in safety mechanisms.

The Duo includes 10 safety features and patented technologies, including overheat protection and a safe-locking lid. UL certified.
Dual power cords for all of Europe. Both a UK plug and an EU (Schuko) plug are included. Power supply is 220V–240V.

Suitable

The 8L Duo is the largest size in the range, suited for families of 6+, entertaining, and weekly meal prep. The 7-in-1 functionality consolidates multiple appliances into one unit, freeing countertop and storage space. Also suitable for making yogurt.

Cleaning

The stainless steel inner pot and steam rack are removable. The lid is removable for cleaning. The outer housing should be wiped clean only (it contains the electronics and heating element).
