WHAT IS A MULTICOOKER?

A multicooker is a sealed pan that uses high-pressure steam to cook food faster and more tender by raising the boiling point of the liquid in the pan and moistening ingredients. This innovative kitchen tool uses steam and pressure for faster, tastier results.

Features found in an Instant Pot

Pressure cooking: Cook risotto or pasta in 6 minutes, a whole chicken in 25 minutes or perfectly cooked pulled pork in 45 minutes

Slow cooking: Simmer food at a lower temperature for a longer period of time to preserve nutritional value and promote tenderness.

Rice cooker: Cook perfectly tender rice in just 10 minutes followed by natural pressure release.

Steamer: Use the included steamer pan to steam fish and vegetables in just 6 minutes. 

Saute Pan: Replaces the use of a frying pan, griddle or grill to sauté or sear food, perfect for deepening the flavor.
