Easy Halloween baked brie recipe made in the Instant Air Fryer

Ingredients
- 1 wheel of brie cheese
- 1 sheet puff pastry
- 1 tablespoon jam (your choice of flavour)
- Crackers, for serving
Preparation method
Prepare the puff pastry
Cut the puff pastry sheet into strips about 1.5 cm wide. Wrap one strip across the top of the brie, tucking the ends underneath so the seams don’t show. Continue wrapping 6–7 strips loosely around the cheese in different directions, leaving small gaps for the “eyes.” If the strips don’t stick, brush with a little water and press gently to secure.
Air fry
Place the wrapped brie in the air fryer basket. Select Air Fry and set the temperature to 175 °C for 10–12 minutes, until the pastry is puffed and golden and the brie inside is soft and gooey. Carefully remove and let it cool slightly.
Add the finishing touch
Transfer the mummy brie to a serving platter. Add two small dots of jam in the open space for the “eyes.” For an extra spooky touch, place candy eyes or olive slices on top of the jam.
Serve and enjoy
Serve warm with extra jam, crackers, or slices of fresh baguette. The pastry is crisp, the brie is melty, and the presentation is sure to make everyone smile.
