Wat een topding is dit zeg! Als ik het had geweten, had ik m jaren geleden al aangeschaft!!! Hij werkt super makkelijk en geeft zulke heerlijke resultaten ????
Vlees is binnen de kortste keren mals, smaken blijven extra geconcentreerd en behouden en hij werkt tijdsbesparend! Daarnaast zoveel leuke functies. Ik heb de slowcooker geprobeerd voor Pulled chicken (het viel zo van het bot na 4 uur), de pressure cooker voor stoofvlees (botermals in 1 uur!!) en daarna erwtensoep (die zo goed was, dat je er een gat in kon maken) en yoghurt. Wat een heerlijkheid! Ik heb m nu 2 a 3 weken, maar hij staat regelmatig op het aanrecht. Ik zou zeggen, twijfel niet langer! Het is echt een top investering!
Disadvantages
Als je werkt met sterke geuren, bijv knolselderij voor erwtensoep, trekt dat in de siliconenring van het deksel. Dit is echter eenvoudig te verhelpen, door direct de 3 extra ringen erbij aan te schaffen. Zo kun je voor subtiel smakende gerechten of yoghurt een “neutrale” ring gebruiken en voor sterk geurende gerechten een andere. Dan is je probleem opgelost ???? Ik zou ze direct meebestellen, scheelt je verzendkosten!

Hij doet niet wat hij moet doen. Met mijn Instant Pot Duo Plus kreeg ik stoofvlees en spareribs perfect mals in 40 minuten. Met deze pan blijft het vlees taai, zelfs na 45 minuten op de 'Meat'-functie en daarna nog eens 40 minuten op 'Pressure Cook'. Spareribs bereiden is helemaal een drama: ze blijven taai. Echt een miskoop, zonde van mijn geld. Ik had beter voor de duurdere variant moeten gaan.
Disadvantages
Vlees blijft taai.
Duurt super lang.

Beste Loubna, dit hoort niet te gebeuren en mogelijk is de machine defect. Zelfs taai vlees is doorgaans in 40 minuten klaar op pressure cook - high. We zullen contact met je opnemen om dit op te lossen.

Overal voor te gebruiken! Met kerst had ik niet zonder gekund, soepen en sauzen maken en warm houden, lekker stoofvlees of ragout alles kan met dit fijne apparaat.
Disadvantages
Hij neemt wat plek in op het aanrecht maar kan ook gemakkelijk ergens anders geplaatst worden!

Advantages
Ik kocht hem eigenlijk om 's avonds vegetarische curry's te maken terwijl ik dan op het fornuis aan de slag ging voor de vlees-aardappels-groenten-eters in het gezin: lekker handig, je dumpt alles in de Instant pot en hoeft er niet meer naar om te kijken, en als ik toch nog wat langer nodig heb aan het fornuis terwijl het programma van de instant pot al eindigt, geen probleem, hij springt vanzelf op warmhouden!
Waar ik niet bij stilgestaan had is dat ik hem algauw ook 's morgens en 's middags zou gaan gebruiken, zelfs gewoon om eten op te warmen. Terwijl de pot aanligt kan ik met een gerust hart andere dingen doen, zonder dat ik bang hoef te zijn dat het uitkookt of aanbrandt omdat ik weer eens afgeleid ben door multitasken... Zó blij mee! Bespaart me zóveel tijd en energie!
Bovendien is het veel smaakvoller, dat werd door mijn man ook beaamd.
En de grootste "dat wist ik vooraf niet!": zo súperstil dat die werkt! Hij maakt nauwelijks geluid en met mijn gevoelige oortjes is dat een zéér aangename verrassing!

Tot slot wil ik de klantenservice even in de bloemetjes zetten: ze reageren echt heel snel en correct en vriendelijk!
Disadvantages
Jammer dat Instant Pot niet bekender is, had ik eerder van het bestaan afgeweten ik had er al jàren eerder één gekocht!

Toen ik tijdens het "researchen" vóór aankoop las en in filmpjes zag dat mensen meerdere Instant Pots hadden, dacht ik: waarom zou je dat nu dan? Maar nu ik er zelf één heb en het gebruiksgemak ontdekt heb, droom ik er intussen ook van om ook de 7,6 en de 3 liter aan te schaffen om meer tegelijk (en in stilte dan nog!) te kunnen klaarmaken, fijn!

Ik raad de Instant Pot Duo 5,6 liter 200% aan!

(Sorry voor alle uitroeptekens, ik ben er dan ook super enthousiast over!)

Since I bought it , I have use it several times each day, it is amazing the possibilities it has. Incredible soups, stews. The rice always perfect .The beans so fast to cook. Nothing sticks. I can do other things without worrying because it stops alone.

- Aanbakken in de instantpot, zonder anti aanbaklaag zodat je aanbaksel krijgt voor de smaak
- geen sis geluid tijdens het gebruik, alleen als jezelf de druk eraf wilt halen.
- Automatische beveiliging
- Bottensoep (en andere stoofpotjes) hoeft niet de hele dag meer op te staan
- Veel Engelse recepten boeken te koop, zoals de instant pot bible.

Gemakkelijk in gebruik. Korte kooktijd. Het snoer is lang genoeg. Korte kooktijd en daardoor ook minder energieverbruik. Veel beveiligingen. Veel accessoires en onderdelen voor de intstantpot te verkrijgen. Duidelijk display. Duidelijk menu.

Super snel stoofvlees te bereiden en ook ouderwetse kippensoep is snel klaar.
De mogelijkheid voor slowcooking is ook zeer positief bevonden, en dat in deze tijd van hoge energierekeningen.
Zeer veel recepten te bereiden met deze instant pot.
